Jon Langford Bonus Tracks • Live at the Hall, 2021
6m 19s
Jon Langford—known for his work with punk band the Mekons and alternative-country ensembles the Waco Brothers and Pine Valley Cosmonauts—performs “Slightly South of the Border” and “1234Ever.” Part of the Museum’s “Live at the Hall” series, these live performances were recorded on October 26, 2021.
For his main “Live at the Hall” program, Langford joins the Museum’s Warren Denney to discuss his punk and country music career and his work as a visual artist—including the commissioned work he created for the Museum's 2015 exhibition “Dylan, Cash, and the Nashville Cats: A New Music City.” He also performs Bob Dylan’s “Girl From the North Country” and his own song, “Nashville Radio.”
