During a Veterans Day Songwriter Session at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, songwriter Bob Regan introduces special guests and performers who have collaborated with Operation Song, a non-profit organization focused on empowering veterans, active military, and their families to relay their stories through songs.
Selections performed during the November 11, 2018, program include: “The Forgotten Victory” (Ian Wagner), “Over the Wire” (Mike Byer and Nick Reed), “I Served” (Jenn Franklin and Zarita Croney), “That Would Be Ben” (Dennis Leftrick and Ian Wagner), “21 Guns for 22” (Mike Byer and Nick Reed), “Who Is Rosie” (Jenn Franklin), “The USS Arkansas” (Bob Regan), “The Reason for Me” (Jenn Franklin), and “Every Day Should Be Veterans Day” (Ian Wagner).
