Vincent Neil Emerson performs his songs “Texas Moon” and “Debtor’s Blues,” along with a cover of John Hartford’s “Gentle on My Mind,” for his “Live at the Hall” episode, recorded at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum during AmericanaFest on September 25, 2021.
For his main “Live at the Hall” program, the recording artist and songwriter discusses his musical influences and tells the stories of writing several of his songs. He also performs his songs “Ripplin’ and Wild,” “Learnin’ to Drown,” “The Ballad of the Choctaw-Apache,” “7 Come 11,” and “High on Gettin’ By.”
